I’ve lived this. I’ve been the employee who was full of potential — but didn’t fit the mould. I’ve experienced the confusion, the overwhelm, and the sense that even large, sophisticated organisations weren’t equipped to support someone like me. Not out of neglect, but out of uncertainty.
